1. Service Availability
Our services are provided subject to availability and may vary depending on location, vehicle type, and circumstances. While we aim to respond promptly, response times are estimates and not guaranteed. We operate across major Australian cities and surrounding areas, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle, location, and issue. MS Road Assist Australia is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of booking.
3. Scope of Services
Services are intended for roadside emergencies only. Any additional repairs, parts, or third-party services beyond those agreed at the time of dispatch may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the customer before any additional work is undertaken.
4. Pay-As-You-Go Pricing
MS Road Assist Australia operates on a transparent Pay-As-You-Go basis. There are no annual membership fees or contracts. Pricing is quoted clearly before work commences. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
5. Battery Warranty
All battery replacements supplied and installed by MS Road Assist Australia are covered by a 2-year warranty. In the event of a battery failure within the warranty period, we will attend your location and replace the battery at no additional charge, subject to normal wear and accidental damage exclusions.
6. Limitation of Liability
MS Road Assist Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by Australian consumer law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. MS Road Assist Australia (ABN 74 689 564 109).
