Spare Tyre Fitting

Let us know when you call 1300 121 595. Our spare tyre fitting service requires a usable spare in your vehicle — if you don't have one, we'll advise the safest next step for your situation before dispatching anyone, so you're never charged for a callout that can't help you.

We target a 30-minute response. Actual arrival times vary with location, traffic, demand and technician availability.

Our technicians are trained to work safely in roadside conditions, using proper jacking and torque equipment and positioning the vehicle correctly. If your location is genuinely unsafe, we'll advise the safest way to proceed before starting.

MS Road Assist fits your vehicle's own usable spare at the roadside on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. The final phone quote is confirmed before dispatch or work and stays fixed once accepted unless you request additional work. We fit your existing spare; we do not sell or supply tyres.

Many newer cars carry a tyre inflator/repair kit instead of a spare wheel. Tell us what you have when you call 1300 121 595 and we'll advise the safest option before dispatching anyone — our roadside service fits a usable spare, so if you don't have one we'll point you to the best next step rather than charge you for a call-out that can't help.

Membership services and pay-as-you-go assistance use different pricing models. MS Road Assist has no annual fee, membership, contract or waiting period. Call 1300 121 595 when you need help; we confirm the final phone quote before dispatch or work, and the accepted quote stays fixed unless you request additional work. Which model costs less depends on how often you need roadside help and the terms of the alternative service.

No. MS Road Assist is fully independent — we don't process insurance claims on behalf of other providers, and we're not affiliated with any roadside membership club or competitor brand. You deal directly with us on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, with no third party involved.
