Mobile Car Battery Replacement & Jump Starts

The most common signs are slow cranking when you start the car, dimming dashboard lights, a clicking noise when you turn the key, or the car not starting at all. Our technicians test your battery and charging system on the spot and give you an honest assessment before recommending replacement.

Timing depends on the vehicle, location, battery and technician availability. We test the old battery, install the new one where suitable, and verify the charging system at your location.

We can source suitable standard, AGM and EFB batteries for passenger cars, SUVs, 4WDs and European vehicles. Stock, compatibility and required tools are confirmed by phone before dispatch.

Eligible batteries supplied by MS Road Assist receive a two-year warranty from the invoice date, covering the battery, fitting labour and a warranty return callout subject to the invoice warranty terms.

Most car batteries last around 3 to 5 years, but Australia's heat is one of the biggest causes of early failure — batteries in hotter cities often need replacing sooner. If yours is over three years old or cranking slowly, we can test it on the spot and replace it before it leaves you stranded.

Membership services and pay-as-you-go assistance use different pricing models. MS Road Assist has no annual fee, membership, contract or waiting period.
