Emergency Car Lockout Service

Our auto-lockout technicians are trained in non-destructive entry for a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including modern cars with advanced locking systems. We'll let you know upfront if your specific vehicle requires any specialist equipment.

We take reasonable care and use careful entry methods where supported, but no damage guarantee is offered. We assess the vehicle and explain the available option before proceeding.

Call us and describe the situation. In many cases our technicians can extract a broken key from a lock or ignition using specialist tools. We'll assess the situation on-site and advise the safest next step to avoid further damage to your vehicle.

We work to a 30-minute response target in our service areas. Actual arrival times vary with location, traffic, demand and technician availability.

Genuine 24/7 availability includes nights, weekends and public holidays, subject to technician availability, in the six metro service areas and established surrounding suburbs.

We confirm the complete phone quote, including applicable service charges and GST, before dispatch or work. The accepted quote is fixed unless you request additional work. There is no cancellation fee before the technician arrives and no extra after-hours surcharge.

If a child or pet is at risk, call 000 immediately. Then call 1300 121 595; we will confirm the available response and use careful entry methods where supported, but no damage guarantee is offered.

Membership services and pay-as-you-go assistance use different pricing models. MS Road Assist has no annual fee, membership, contract or waiting period. Call 1300 121 595 when you need help; we confirm the final phone quote before dispatch or work, and the accepted quote stays fixed unless you request additional work. Which model costs less depends on how often you need roadside help and the terms of the alternative service.

No. MS Road Assist is fully independent — we don't process insurance claims on behalf of other providers, and we're not affiliated with any roadside membership club or competitor brand. You deal directly with us on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, with no third party involved.
