Warranty Battery Replacement

All batteries supplied and fitted by MS Road Assist are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and premature failure. If the battery fails within the warranty period, we'll attend your location and replace it at no additional charge.

We carry standard, AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) and EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) batteries to suit all makes and models — including modern start-stop vehicles, European cars, luxury sedans, SUVs and commercial vehicles.

Yes. Many modern vehicles — particularly European brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi — require the new battery to be registered to the BMS so it charges correctly and the start-stop system keeps working. Our technicians carry the diagnostic tools to perform BMS registration on the spot.

Our 2-year warranty applies exclusively to batteries supplied and fitted by MS Road Assist — we cannot honour warranty requests for batteries installed by other providers. If your MS Road Assist battery has failed within the warranty period, call 1300 121 595 and quote your original service details. We'll arrange a return visit, test the battery, and replace it at no charge if it falls within the warranty conditions.
