Eligible batteries supplied by MS Road Assist receive a two-year warranty from the invoice date, covering the battery, fitting labour and a warranty return callout subject to the invoice warranty terms.

We can source standard, AGM and EFB batteries for suitable makes and models, subject to phone confirmation of stock, compatibility and technician availability.

Yes. Many modern vehicles — particularly European brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi — require the new battery to be registered to the BMS so it charges correctly and the start-stop system keeps working. Our technicians carry the diagnostic tools to perform BMS registration on the spot.

No. MS Road Assist is fully independent — we don't process insurance claims on behalf of other providers, and we're not affiliated with any roadside membership club or competitor brand. You deal directly with us on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, with no third party involved.
