Car Battery

Warning signs include slow engine cranking at startup, dashboard lights dimming, a battery warning light on the dash, the car failing to start in cold weather, or a battery over 3–4 years old. Our technicians test your battery, starter and alternator on the spot before recommending replacement.

We can source standard, EFB and AGM batteries matched to suitable vehicles, subject to phone confirmation of stock, compatibility and technician availability.

Timing varies by vehicle, location, battery and technician availability. We test the old battery, install the new one where suitable, verify the charging system and complete the work at your location where possible.

Eligible batteries supplied by MS Road Assist receive a two-year warranty from the invoice date, covering the battery, fitting labour and a warranty return callout subject to the invoice warranty terms.
