Emergency Fuel Delivery

We deliver both unleaded petrol (ULP) and diesel. When you call, let us know your vehicle's fuel type so we arrive with exactly what you need — no guessing, no delays.

We bring enough fuel to get you safely to the nearest service station — typically 5–10 litres depending on your vehicle and location. We don't fill the tank roadside, but enough for you to drive on and fill up properly.

Do not start the engine. Please note that MS Road Assist does not offer a wrong-fuel drain and removal service — we deliver fuel only. If you have misfuelled, leave the car switched off and contact a specialist fuel-drain mechanic, as starting the engine can cause serious and costly engine damage.

Genuine 24/7 availability includes nights, weekends and public holidays, subject to technician availability. Call 1300 121 595 to confirm coverage and dispatch.

No membership or contract is required. We confirm the complete phone quote, including fuel, applicable service charges and GST, before dispatch; the accepted quote is fixed unless you request additional work.

It can. Running a diesel completely dry can draw air into the fuel system, and some vehicles then need the system primed or bled before they'll restart. If you drive a diesel, switch off as soon as you notice a problem and call 1300 121 595 — we deliver diesel and help get you started safely.

Membership services and pay-as-you-go assistance use different pricing models. MS Road Assist has no annual fee, membership, contract or waiting period. Call 1300 121 595 when you need help; we confirm the final phone quote before dispatch or work, and the accepted quote stays fixed unless you request additional work. Which model costs less depends on how often you need roadside help and the terms of the alternative service.

No. MS Road Assist is fully independent — we don't process insurance claims on behalf of other providers, and we're not affiliated with any roadside membership club or competitor brand. You deal directly with us on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, with no third party involved.
