Emergency Fuel Delivery

We deliver both unleaded petrol (ULP) and diesel. When you call, let us know your vehicle's fuel type so we arrive with exactly what you need — no guessing, no delays.

We bring enough fuel to get you safely to the nearest service station — typically 5–10 litres depending on your vehicle and location. We don't fill the tank roadside, but enough for you to drive on and fill up properly.

Do not start the engine. Please note that MS Road Assist does not offer a wrong-fuel drain and removal service — we deliver fuel only. If you have misfuelled, leave the car switched off and contact a specialist fuel-drain mechanic, as starting the engine can cause serious and costly engine damage.

With pay-as-you-go you pay a clear call-out fee plus the cost of the fuel delivered — there's no annual membership. We quote your price upfront before setting out and bring enough petrol or diesel to get you safely to the nearest service station, so there are no surprises.

It can. Running a diesel completely dry can draw air into the fuel system, and some vehicles then need the system primed or bled before they'll restart. If you drive a diesel, switch off as soon as you notice a problem and call 1300 121 595 — we deliver diesel and help get you started safely.

Membership clubs charge an annual fee whether you use the service or not, and many apply a waiting period before a new membership becomes active. MS Road Assist works differently — there's no annual fee, no membership, and no waiting period. You call 1300 121 595 when you actually need help, get a clear price upfront, and only pay for that one callout. For drivers who rarely break down, this usually costs less over time than an annual membership; for drivers who call for help often, a membership may work out cheaper — it depends on how often you actually need roadside help.

No. MS Road Assist is fully independent — we don't process insurance claims on behalf of other providers, and we're not affiliated with any roadside membership club or competitor brand. You deal directly with us on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, with no third party involved.
