Fuel Response

We deliver enough fuel to get you safely to the nearest service station so you can fill up properly. Whether your vehicle runs on petrol or diesel, just let us know when you call 1300 121 595 and we'll bring the right type.

We target a 30-minute response. Actual arrival times vary with location, traffic, demand and technician availability.

If your vehicle won't restart once fuel is added, our technician can check your battery and starting system on the spot. That way a flat battery or related fault is caught straight away rather than leaving you stranded a second time.

No. Our emergency fuel delivery is Pay-As-You-Go with no membership or contract. The final phone quote is confirmed before dispatch or work and stays fixed once accepted unless you request additional work.

With a pay-as-you-go service you pay a clear call-out fee plus the cost of the fuel delivered — there's no annual membership. MS Road Assist quotes your price upfront before we set out and brings enough petrol or diesel to get you safely to the nearest service station, so there are no surprises.

It can. Running a diesel completely dry can draw air into the fuel system, and some vehicles then need the system primed or bled before they'll restart. If you drive a diesel, switch off as soon as you notice a problem and call 1300 121 595 — we deliver diesel and help get you started safely rather than risking damage.

Membership services and pay-as-you-go assistance use different pricing models. MS Road Assist has no annual fee, membership, contract or waiting period. Call 1300 121 595 when you need help; we confirm the final phone quote before dispatch or work, and the accepted quote stays fixed unless you request additional work. Which model costs less depends on how often you need roadside help and the terms of the alternative service.

No. MS Road Assist is fully independent — we don't process insurance claims on behalf of other providers, and we're not affiliated with any roadside membership club or competitor brand. You deal directly with us on a simple pay-as-you-go basis, with no third party involved.
